Add the ability to turn off friendly fire in lobby setup.

In many games, people will kill teammates and receive no punishment. Even when a votekick is called, most people don't vote. Adding an option to turn off friendly fire would remove the ability for player to troll a server for cheap laughs and ruin others day.

I would rather habitual team killers die and get auto-kicked/ban'd from server/lobby than disable friendly fire.

I mean it depends on the mode
It shouldn't be a thing in TTT because then everyone will just start shooting everywhere cuz they know they can easily win that way
I do agree on it being an option in modes like The Hide though, because some people just are (curse word)
