Increase resolution to server select for Americas

When choosing the region select currently there are only three options, but when playing in America's there are clearly east and west coast regions based on the ping differences for these players. In competitive matches teams must re-roll servers until they get a region where the ping is optimal for all players involved. I would like to have the server select to be expanded to have more detailed regions. This saves a lot of times for players who care about ping.

People spend hours every day rerolling servers to get US East (especially for mixed NA/EU lobbies).
