Balance M4 headshots - Remove percentage headshot damage
Right now, the M4 deals percentage head shot damage against helmets. This often results in a very frustrating situation when a player is dealt 90-99 damage to and survives a head shot with a tinniest amount of health (Something like 0.3). In the light of faction based guns, the m4 should be balanced more against the Ak47, which is 1 shots to the head. In summary 4 body shots + a head shot should result in a kill. Please consider adding a fixed head shot damage against a helmet.

This applies to every weapon that does not have a helmet bleed of 100, not just the M4. Being punished for getting a headshot on a low health player seems a bit backwards in balance. A player with even 1 hp can survive a headshot if they have a helmet on, they will take 0 damage, but just lose their helmet.
Changing the headshot damage so that it is a flat value and not a percentage of the players current health would benefit many of the weapons in the game that normally arent used much. This would in turn promote weapon diversity and place even more of an emphasis on going for the headshot(s). -

ezRocketwould be nice to have this on all rifles not just the m4. maybe all guns, too.

xdivt50I don't think they should add this because it would not be balanced, the M4 has a high fire-rate, it would be the same as the ak47 but with a higher fire-rate.
