Toggleable Mute Button.

Adding a toggle mute button bind. Some people leave their mics on and you can hear them breathing. Just having the convenience of not going to the main menu and turning it off there while ingame. Like using double click left joystick to mute, playing some kind of radio effect sound signifying it's state of being muted or not.
