DM/GUN/OITC: Spawn logic that considers distance to alive player from available spawnpoints
Add logic that spawns players at furthest spawn from alive players + existing line of sight logic so that spawn farming is significantly decreased.

ApothemI, for one, am sick of spawning literally on top of people in 1 on 1 matches in poolday.
