UI blocks vision

Standing behind a teammate makes it impossible to see, especially if he is shorter or crouching.
Kick vote blocks vision when trying to aim precisely, and round start/end notifications completely ruin some moments because they block everything in front of the player

Came here to request the same. The round end visual message is especially annoying in competitive SND, where you can be killed after the round timer run out only because your vision was blocked by the message.
