Can TDM offline with Bots please be fixed?

More in the sense of how it starts? I'll go to pick an offline TDM match and start playing, and it always makes me spawn in with a bunch of friendly and enemy bots all crammed together and so it's an instant bloodfest of all the bots shooting each other, including me. Meaning I don't get a chance to use the Buy Menu because I'm either headshot immediately by an enemy bot at spawn, or I buy armor but then all my armor is used up because I'm being shot at spawn (or I have no health because I took damage).

Please, an intermission before it starts would be highly appreciated.
