For competitive / streaming especially: saved navigable replays (StarCraft II style)

I've been watching some match streams / commentary lately, and Pavlov VR is a bit too fast to commentate properly, and the maps aren't designed for it or for good camera angles.

It would be great to be able to save games and "rewatch" later, but not as a video but as a full game recreation: be able to fly around as a spectator and watch, rewind, look at two events that happen simultaneously, go slow-mo, etc.

To make myself more clear: I assume you just need to save the list of events that would be sent to the server / between players, then create a "match player" that could read that and play a game with a spectator.

If you don't know what I mean, check out some StarCraft II matches. You can "send" games between people, which the commentator then has full control of the camera on, can skip back / forward, etc. (see https://starcraft.fandom.com/wiki/Replay).

Various overlays would also be nice: total $ of each team's kit, total K:D:S of each team, etc.
