Be able to shoot through enemies' hands with high-calibre weapons

Currently (as far as I know) hitting someone's hand/arm counts as hitting their chest, regardless of their position. High-calibre weapons (e.g. most rifles, deagle, revolver) should definitely be able to shoot through a hand. Holding your hand in front of your face makes it extremely difficult to hit a headshot, and the way some people aim makes this happen.

Basically, you should be able to pen hands/arms so that you take damage equivalent whatever body part it is covering, otherwise, count it as chest damage.
