Increase the Bullet Velocities of the 1911 and the UMP 45

The 1911 and the UMP 45 suffer from one major thing, and thats the fact that their bullet velocities are about half of the other weapons in their class. Bullet Velocity in Pavlov is calculated in Unreal Units per second, which directly equates to Centimeters Per second. More so, the velocity is tied to the cartridge the weapon fires instead of the gun.

The 1911, the UMP (smg), and the Tokarev all fire the "Bullet_45ACP" cartridge, which has a velocity of 18000 uu/s, which when converted to feet per second, is about 590 fps. To compare, the glock, tec-9, mp5, etc all shoot the "Bullet_9mm" cartridge, which has a bullet velocity of 38000 uu/s, or about 1,246 fps. I suggest that the "Bullet_45ACP" should be brought up to about 30000 uu/s, or about 900 fps, which is more in line with what a .45acp actually shoots. More importantly, itll feel less like an airsoft gun with how much bullet arc there is.
