add knives to the buy menu for TDM/DM/gun - where knife does not spawn with you after being used

Add knives to the buy menu for $100. Knives disappear after being used once, and in some game formats you do not respawn with a knife, so you have to go find one. This does not support the CQC style of play of knife + pistol. Need to be able to rebuy up to 2 knives at spawn time, like with everything else. thanks
