Make reloading animations dont slow down players

Make reloading animation visual only or option to turn it off
PavlovVR have troubles with ping and reloading even before the update, but now things become even worse
Concept of VR game is ruined by imaginary reload time that do nothing exept make people's feel uncomfortable
