add a "SVar_mapvotable 1", if set to 0, server just continues in rotation. If set to 1, players can vote for maps. When close to end of map (5 minutes remaining, or maybe when an SND team reached 8 wins), a notification appears to players to "nominate maps" when going to pause menu, a "nominate map" option is available, that brings them to their maps library and they can pick 1 map to nominate. After notified, first players to nominate up to 5 maps, then nominations end. Mapvote begins one

"nominate_blacklist.txt"? This is where server admins can add maps they DONT want nominated for map votes. Clients if trying to nominate would get warning that map is not allowed by server.

This would help a lot
