Make smoke granades more effective.
The smoke grandes take way too long to work, which doesn't allow for dynamic gameplay based on them.
Smoke effect should be instantly and quickly dissolving at the end of duration , this would help the desync issue between clients.

SH4D0WThis is a very big issue currently with the state of Pavlov Desync. I can add to this by stating the following.
-Smoke grenades do in fact *Move* based on your angle relative to them, making them inconsistent and subject to one way smokes
-Smoke deployment takes 4-6 seconds, which may seem like minimal time, but is in fact actually degenerative to player enjoyment and contributive to the desync based on smoke location.
-Having a defined outline will allow mapmakers and player alike to be able to create/play maps a way that would allow them to learn the meta in utility usage -

Corona_CatIn shack we do have smoke grenades, but they don't work.
