Universal Karma System

Like the karma system in TTT, but it applies for all game modes, and that way hosts can set a karma minimum for players so if you're a scumbag team killer with under the default 1000 karma, and the host has karma minimum set to 1000, you can't join.

This would be good, but I definitely feel that the karma system would need to be reworked first. There's been a lot of times where I've defended myself from RDMers or killed AFK people, and then got low karma as a result.

Gotta agree with the dude above me, Needs to be a system where if you start shooting for 10 seconds you can be killed regardless. Also mercenaries should not make you lose karma when you kill them, cause well, how was i supposed to know they were a mercenary they pulled out a knife.
