Display teammate name tags immediately, upon spawning of teammate.

The nametag of teammates appears a second or two after the model/player has respawned.
This makes the game frustrating for me and my teammates as i and others -as a pure human reflex- immediately shoot at my teammates that just respawned in front of me, due to their nametags not being shown yet.
